Project: Strategic planning day for a university research centre

MHC facilitated a strategic planning day to develop a new three-year plan for the Westmead Applied Research Centre that specialises in cardiometabolic and chronic conditions.

What MHC Did

  • Meeting and workshop facilitation with all research staff to co-ordinate the new plan
  • Advise on the design and structure of the strategic plan

Outcome

Following the MHC engagement, the Centre had a clear foundation upon which to complete their three-year plan.

MHC was engaged by Kidney Health Australia to facilitate the national summit of 140 delegates from the community, clinical, policy, consumer and research sectors. All worked collaboratively to develop solutions to improve the early detection, diagnosis, and management of CKD.
