Project: Operating model for the organisation

MHC designed a new organisation-wide operating model for the Bureau of Health Information (NSW Government), to support the patient survey program to be implemented by the Chief Executive and executive management team.

What MHC Did

  • A rapid high-level review of BHI’s strategic direction, governance and the survey program operations.
  • Design of an overall operating model
  • Stakeholder consultation to gather information to drive strategic planning, and underpin the design of a potential future operating model for the survey program

Outcome

The operating model provides an internal foundation for the Bureau of Health Information to enhance its delivery of information about patients’ self-reported experiences and outcomes.
