Outcome

We help build research capacity in LHDs and specialty networks, assist with application reviews, and provide other advice to ensure that the research produced is high quality and will improve the NSW Health system and patient outcomes.

This Research Strategy was developed by NSLHD with the support of MH Consulting Group (MHC) The consultation process involved extensive input from over 350 stakeholders including NSLHD executives, clinicians, researchers, consumers and university partners.

MHC was engaged by Cancer Australia who were working in partnership with Cancer Council Australia and the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare to support the development a National Cancer Data Framework.
